For office and campus-based enterprises, a Private Mobile Office can provide easy communications, using proven handsets, between on-site mobile staff (corridor warriors). This solution uses proven mobile network technology combined with a low power picocell antennae, called a base transceiver Station (BTS), to allow private individuals to build their own private mobile networks to operate with standard mobile phone handsets.

The specialist software needed to enable this unique solution is the Private Mobile eXchange (PMX), an IP-based GSM soft switch which supports the private GSM network with the high performance, low cost of installation and support and flexibility of today’s IP networks.
The IP soft switch is based on a local or hosted IP server and can be delivered as a fully owned On-Premise solution or as a Managed Service or Software as a Service (SaaS) model to remove the operation and management overheads from the business.
